Shahid Afridi’s answer about Politics

Shahid Afridi is the former Pakistan Team skipper. He has served his team very much. During his presence int he Team we all love to watch his batting and also his bowling. Shahid Afridi is one the best player in Pakistan Cricket team.

Shahid Afridi is not in the team now a days because he only plays T2o cricket and there is no T20 series of Pakistan yet. Shahid Afridi is playing domestic cricket and focusing on PSL2. On the question about coming in Politics. Shahid Afrid gives a clear answer to Talat Hussain.

Afridi was taken for a short interview in which the host asked him about his future. Afridi is now pretty clear about his future. He said that he is not making any attempts to get back in the Pakistan tam now. He said he wanted one last game but the PCB is not willing to give him one. As for any role in politics once again Shahid Afridi has cleared this thing that he is not coming to politics at the moment. He said that he might join politics in the future but for the time being he is concentrating on his cricket and foundation.

Afridi said that currently Shahbaz Sharif is doing a good job. He has developed things in Punjab and he is making some really good decisions reading the development of the Pakistan’s largest province as per the population. Shahid Afridi said that the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has to make some clear decisions. He said that all the other provinces are part of Pakistan and hence each province should be given the equal amount of benefits. Afridi also said that there is a lot of work which needs to be done in cricket.

Afridi said that there are very less cricket academies in Pakistan. The presence of academies in Pakistan will generate more talent. These are the nurseries where cricket in real grooms. He said that there are just a few academies and the whole provinces comes in them. Afridi will not be the captain of Peshawar Zalmi in the second edition of the PSL. He is making a lot of preparations for the next edition of the league. He said that he is focussing on the league. His side will have a new captain Darren Sammy who has a great reputation in T20 cricket. Sammy was handed over the captaincy by Shahid Afridi at the player’s auction in Dubai. Afridi said that he made the right call at that time. He wants Sammy to lead the side now and he hoped Peshawar Zalmi wins the second edition.
